OK, so I'm a little nuts. As a 40-something fat and arthritic re-rider, working full-time, finishing my Master's degree at an Ivy, I found an instructor, and more importantly a horse, a 17.2h, 2200 lb Percheron gelding, who kept me sane! I do a lot of volunteering in pet therapy with dogs, Daniel's my own therapy.
This is a place to store my thoughts, and try to track our progress.

Friday night trail ride
We took a short trail ride after work tonight. What a way to shake off the week! We only were out for a half hour or so, but it was so nice to be able to do!

I hope that your ride was as fabulous as mine. I'm still all fuzzy with peace and love and other mushy stuff. I should really write about it.
